Our Subiaco-Floreat - 1s were in fine form and thumped Melville - 1s at Tompkins 1.
First up, Melville - 1s made 158 from 47.2 overs. Joshua Fontana batted well for the hosts, making 32 off 45 balls. Will Malajczuk led the way with the ball, finishing with two for 20.
In reply, the side reached the target at 2/164 in 31.2 overs. A century to Bailey Gregson, who made 100 not out off 96 balls with nine fours and three sixes.
Big runs from our top order made the difference.
Congratulations to all involved.
