On Saturday at Alderbury Reserve, our Subiaco-Floreat - 4s went down to Claremont-Nedlands - 4s.
Our innings: 156. Claremont-Nedlands - 4s': 8/193. Max Nelson was the pick of our batters with 34 off 59 balls. Our opponents' best with the ball was James Mitchell (four for 45).
Nick Campbell was the pick of our bowlers with two for 53. There were also wickets for Isaac Gates (two for 63). Fifty for Jake Michell, who made 67 for the visitors.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one. The results haven't gone our way lately, but the team will keep at it. We'll go again.
