Good news from our Subiaco-Floreat - A, who chalked up a win over Perth - A in a pleasing performance.
Perth - A batted first and put 7/112 on the board from 20 overs. Our best with the ball was Alison Healey, who took two for 17.
In reply, the side reached the target at 3/113 in 16.5 overs. Natasha Wraith top-scored, making 49 off 32 balls. There were also handy runs from Jacqueline Naidoo (33).
A great result for the girls. The team have now won five straight.
Onwards and upwards.
