There were smiles all round after our Subiaco-Floreat - A were too good for Melville - A away from home on Sunday.
Our bowlers restricted Melville - A to 9/79 from 23.3 overs. Jessica Shepherd held the hosts' innings together with 30. Jess Emery returned figures of three for 14 off five overs. Alison Healey added two for 0.
In reply, the team reached the target at 6/80 in 21.1 overs. Niamh Walsh finished 19 not out off 26 balls. Seren Simpson was the main threat for our opponents, taking four for 25.
That's twelve wins on the trot for the girls. Congratulations to all involved.
