It was a great day for our Subiaco-Floreat - B, who chalked up a victory over South Perth - B for a superb result.
Our innings closed at 2/209 from 40 overs. A century to Lottie Aird, who made 128 not out off 129 balls with eighteen fours and one six. Evie Privett brought up a classy half-century, finishing with 63 not out off 89 balls.
We bowled South Perth - B out for 124 in 36.2 overs. Drew Epis was the main threat for the visitors, making 28. With the ball, Aird did the damage, claiming three for 4 off five overs.
Revenge, of sorts: our opponents had won our previous meeting this season. Thanks to the visitors for the contest.
