We posted 9/190, while South Perth - 2s made 223 and 0/4. Blake Davies led the way with a cracking hundred, finishing on 111 off 185 balls. Thomas Wilson contributed 35 off 93 balls. A six-wicket haul to Nicholas Mitchell for the visitors (six for 53).
With the ball, Ross Williams did the damage, claiming three for 56 off 21 overs. Mani Kalia added two for 15. Akhil Venugopalan made a quality 96 for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century.
There were some quality individual efforts to build on.
